This switch rebooted around 6:00. All is back to normal although we found a redundancy issue between the 2 fans. Currently, one of the fan drawers may have gone into auto mode - the 2nd also gone down and the hardware is automatically protecting itself. We will investigate with the builder to find the source of the issue. In the event of failure, redundancy between the 2 switched will come into play (they work in a pair at this level) and the service will not be impacted in any way.

Redundancy has been re-established to 100%.
Date: 2014-09-29 08:55:50 UTC We've replaced the switch and configuration is now resynchronised. We will reactivate the ports to the hosts gradually.
