Resolved
The Espanix peering is saturated. We have cut the 10G on this peering.
Espanix: Upper is functioning without any problem. Traffic is running through
the Upper and other points of peering.

We're monitoring latency on the Espanix LowerLan.

We will close sessions on LowerLan with Jazztel and Communitel and we will upgrade our UpperLan port to prevent saturations.

we reported the incidents to Jazztel concerning the incident on its network during the
periods that we found high latencies.

We are returing to peering with Espanix on Lowerlan.

De nouveau la latence à augmenter sur certains peerings hier soir. Nous avons coupé le peering direct avec Jazztel sur le lowerlan pour voir si cela se reproduit ce soir.

In parallel, we have have asked the investigator with the technical team to become the point of contact for more information.

We currently do not detect any issues, we are going to re-light the fiber for the Espanix:Lowerlan port. and
monitor the latency times of some of the operators.
